Shipping & Delivery
Free delivery
We offer free shipping to Hong Kong, Kowloon, Clearwater Bay, Sai Kung, and Tseung Kwan O for orders over HK$300. For other locations in New Territories, we offer free delivery for orders over HK$500. A shipping fee of HK$50 is added to orders below the minimum amount.
Locations we don’t deliver to yet
We don’t deliver yet to Discovery Bay, southern Lantau and Outlying Islands eg Ma Wan, Park Island, Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Peng Chau (i.e. places we can’t drive to with regular vehicles).
Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Our standard shipping time will be 2 -4 working days from the date of your order (can be more for food).
Orders processing depends on item availability, payment verification, and authorization of any prescription items.
Receiving Deliveries
We realise you may not be home during your delivery time, that’s ok. But please give us drop-off instructions and your contact details, and be aware we are not responsible for items after delivery.
Please inform us in advance if you live in a walk-up building or if there is no direct lift access. For locations that cannot be directly reached by car, the shipment may need to be picked up at the nearest parking area.
Returns and Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or if there is an issue with the product, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in the original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition.
